Turck inclinometers measure angular tilt relative to gravity using a MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) capacitive element, delivering 0.1% repeatability and resolution down to 0.01°. The rectangular Q20L60 is the most compact IP68/IP69K inclinometer on the market (20 x 30 x 60 mm), while the cubic Q42 (42 x 42.5 x 68 mm) integrates bus-in / bus-out M12 eurofast connectors. Variants cover: dual axis biaxial (±10°, ±45°, ±60°, ±85°) and single axis 360° types, with outputs 4…20 mA, 0.1…4.9 V, ratiometric 0.1–4.9 V @ 5 VDC, 0…10 V, PNP/NPN switchpoints, 2×16-bit IO-Link telegram, or CANopen (CiA DS-301 / DSP-410). The freely parameterizable B2N360-Q42-E is also usable as a vibration sensor. Many part numbers exist for each angular range, output type and temperature class (standard, /S97 extended-temp, /3GD ATEX Zone 2/22, e1 classified) — refer to the attached PDFs for the complete type-code list and ident numbers.
0.1% repeatability after 0.5 h warm-up; Resolution down to 0.01°–0.04°; Dual-axis up to ±85° and single-axis 360°; MEMS capacitive technology; IP68 / IP69K protection, fully encapsulated; 30 g (11 ms) shock & 55 Hz (1 mm) vibration rated; Operating temp ?30…+70 °C standard, ?40…+85 °C on /S97 and e1 variants; Analog, PNP/NPN, IO-Link and CANopen outputs available; Teachable zero point and span (via teach pin or VB2-SP4/SP5 adapter); Programmable filter settings for shock/vibration suppression; ATEX 3GD Zone 2/22 variants available; Freely parameterizable 3D inclinometer (B2N360-Q42-E) usable also as vibration sensor
