Description
The Turck Intelligent Vision (TIV) is a powerful, industry-standard AI camera in a robust metal housing — developed for demanding image processing directly on the production line. Thanks to integrated artificial intelligence (NVIDIA Jetson Nano 4 GB GPU), it processes image data independently and makes real-time decisions with no additional hardware. Instead of rule-based programming, the camera learns from sample images and recognises patterns and differences autonomously — ideal for complex or varying objects, kitting, picking and quality inspection. Four M12 connectors provide power, Ethernet, trigger and I/O for flexible integration; focus, exposure and C-mount lens are fully configurable. Included AI tools: Code Scan (1D/2D barcodes), Difference Check (ROI-based image comparison), Classifier (whole-image classification) and Detector (multi-object detection with confidence score). Integrates with the Turck Automation Suite (TAS) via web browser — no separate camera software required.
